Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For customers live in the United States, we send the item from the United States. After receiving the order, we will process the order within 24 hours. It should be reached within 3~5 working day after delivery. There may be a delay during holidays. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us on the page on our website.

How do I track my order?
After the product is sent, we will send you the tracking number by email. You can also contact us directly on the website and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return or exchange them within 30 days. However, you have to pay the shipping fee yourself. And the returned product must be in the same condition as the product you received, otherwise we can refuse to refund or only refund part of the money.
In addition, please note that for products below $10, we will not accept return and exchange since low profit.
